Your next cover letter, written in seconds

Built from your CV and your own answers, never from thin air, so every claim in it is true and none of it reads like a template. Each draft is scored against what graduate recruiters actually reward, with the fixes to make before you send it.

  • Scored against what recruiters actually reward
  • Named, specific and the right length, every time

Verbal Reasoning
True, False, Cannot Say
What is being tested
Watch absolute words like "every". The passage says "some staff decide not to bother" and take-up is "often lower" than expected. The statement claims "every" employee claims, which is the opposite of what the passage describes.
The rule
If the passage says some people do not do something, an "every" or "all" statement is False. It allows no exceptions, but the passage gives one.
Why the answer is correct
The passage says "some staff... decide not to bother" and the budget is often left "part... unspent". So not everyone claims. The statement says "every employee" submits a claim, which the passage directly contradicts. The answer is False.

Your daily source of test
practice, made bearable.

Made to feel addictive, so you actually want to practise.

Built to mirror
the real thing.

Practice only counts if it behaves like the assessment you are actually sitting. Every set is built to the same rules as the real one.

Pattern-first approach
We take a more practical approach. Rather than preparing you for one employer at a time, we have spent months studying the patterns that come up across all test types, so you are covered no matter what.
Adaptive difficulty algorithm
Our algorithm makes you practise at the right difficulty, helping you push your scores up.
Scored on percentiles
We score you against other users using the percentile metric, the same way employers do it.
Your report
Your own AI-generated report shows a full breakdown of all your results, then produces a plan for the next few days to boost your scores and reach your potential. This is the part employers almost never show you.

"We're changing how you prepare. One pattern at a time."

Meet the founder.

Why Capply exists

Alistair, founder of Capply

I am a student. I built Capply because I was fed up with how much of my life applying for jobs was taking. Every application wanted a tailored CV, a fresh cover letter and another round of psychometric tests. Hours of work, every single time. Then a rejection email with no reason in it, if anything came back at all.

So I found out how employers actually grade candidates. I spent months pulling the tests apart, talking to the people who run graduate hiring, and learning what recruiters really look for in a CV. The patterns repeat. Once you can see them, applying stops feeling like a lottery.

Capply is everything I learned, built into the tool I wish I had when I started applying.
