What is Capply?

Capply is a graduate job application platform for students and graduates. It combines adaptive psychometric test practice (numerical, verbal and logical reasoning, situational judgement, personality and speed reasoning) with an AI CV checker that reviews and rewrites your CV, a cover letter builder, and a live feed of graduate job listings, all in one subscription.

How much does Capply cost?

£6.99 per month, cancel anytime. One subscription includes everything: all test practice, AI feedback, the CV checker and rewrite, the cover letter builder and the live graduate jobs feed.

Which psychometric tests can I practise?

Numerical, verbal and logical reasoning tests that adapt to your level across four difficulty tiers, plus situational judgement scenarios scored against an expert key, a workplace personality questionnaire, and speed reasoning sprints. Our guides explain each format: numerical, verbal, logical and situational judgement.

Is Capply affiliated with SHL, Korn Ferry or other test providers?

No. Capply is an independent practice platform, not affiliated with or endorsed by any test provider. Our practice tests use the same general question formats as major graduate assessments so the skills transfer, but they are not copies of any provider's tests.

How does the adaptive difficulty work?

The reasoning tests adjust as you answer: consistent correct answers move you up a difficulty band, and the test settles at the level that stretches you. Practice stays productive whether you are starting out or polishing an already strong score.

Does Capply store my CV or cover letter?

No. The CV checker and cover letter builder are stateless by design. Your document is processed to generate the feedback or draft, returned to you, and not stored on our servers.

Who is Capply for?

University students and recent graduates applying to graduate schemes, placements and internships, particularly where the process includes online assessments: finance, consulting, engineering, law, the public sector and large graduate employers generally.

Can practice really improve my scores?

Yes. Psychometric tests reward familiarity with their formats, their time pressure and their recurring question patterns, which is why the test providers themselves publish practice materials. Short, regular, timed practice with honest review of mistakes is the method; our preparation guide covers it in full.

How do I cancel?

Anytime, from your profile's subscription settings, which open a secure Stripe billing portal. Access continues to the end of the paid period. If anything goes wrong, email support@capply.co.uk.
